As a Florida native, I know there’s no one-size-fits-all version of life here. Beach living feels very different from St. Johns, Clay County or the heart of Jacksonville. I help you look beyond the home itself and understand the communities, commutes and everyday lifestyle that come with it.
Jacksonville isn’t just the market I know—it’s home. I grew up here and have spent most of my life in Northeast Florida. Military life has also been part of my story for as long as I can remember—my dad served in the Army, my stepfather in the Navy, and later I became a military wife and raised my own family here. I’ve lived in communities across the Jacksonville area and watched this city grow and change. That history gives me something you can’t learn from a map—a real understanding of the places, people and lifestyles that make this area feel like home.
